I've just had another fabulous adventure down in the manically well equipped Hanwell Clinic of depravity. My accomplice as you're no doubt aware is the stunning  Mistress Miranda . We had the pleasure of quite a few patients at the clinic, after all the Junior Doctors were on strike so the Rubber Clad Nurses had to take over, and take over we did. I saw someone recently who mentioned that it had taken him a long time to finally step into this world. Though it had been part of his psyche since he was a child.
